Location 1: Baron Gautsch, Istria
Depth: 28 - 42 meters
Necessary experience: advanced divers
Attractions: the wreck of a passenger ferry
Description: the Baron Gautsch was sunk in 1914 when it came across an underwater mine. It was transporting passengers on the relation Kotor-Trieste. The top deck is located at 28 and the lower one at 36 meters. The bottom is located at 42 meters. The wreck is well preserved and one can enter into the interior of the boat.
Location 2: Cres, Lina
Depth: 22 - 55 meters

Attractions: the wreck of a merchant boat
Description: the Lina was transporting lumber from Rijeka to Sicily but because of the thick fog, it came across an underwater reef and was sunk. The wreck is well preserved and it lies on the sedimentary bottom. The top of the bow is at 22 and the stern at 55 meters. It's possible to enter the interior of the boat.
Location 3: Susak, underwater reef Margarina
Depth: 5 - 40 meters
Necessary experience: beginners to advanced
Atractions: the remains of a shipwreck, beams, broken amphora
Description: to the left from the middle of the underwater reef is the underwater canyon which from 5 drops to 17 meters in which there is the wreck of a ship which transported construction material. Further on, the terraindrops toward a deeper depth. 100 meters away, at 20 meters, are the remains of the 'tegulas', beams used for construction of boats. At the top of the reef one can see many schools of fish, and in a few dents broken amphora can be found.
Location 4: Kornati, Rasip
Depth: 3 - 65 meters
Necessary experience: beginners to advanced
Attractions: various and colorful see world
Description: from the outer side of the island there is a cliff, which drops from 3 to 65 meters of depth. The sea is crystal clear, visibility is often over 40 meters. The wall is covered with corals, sponges, and around it are many schools of various fish.
Location 5: Pakleni otoci, Stambedar
Depth: 5 - 45 meters
Necessary experience: beginners to advanced
Attractions: beautiful gorgonias, rich sea world
Description: Stambedar is a small island of the Pakleni otoci archipelago. It is interesting for divers because of its beautiful underwater wall, which extends from 5 to 45 meters of depth. There is a forest of red and violet gorgonias in the deeper part of the wall. There are many fish, algae, snails, sera-urchin and other sea organisms.
Location 6: Susac, Te Vega
Depth: 5 - 35 meters
Necessary experience: beginner to advanced
Attractions: small sea lake
Description: small sea lake, which is situated near the cape Na Zene. One can enter only through the underwater tunnel, which is at the depth of 5 meters and approximately 2 meters long. The lake is surrounded by the vertical cliffs and its depth is 5-3 meters. When one dives into the free water, they can go left or left to the underwater wall, which is covered by various sea organisms.
Location 7: Bisevo, Modra spilja
Depth: 3 - 40 meters

Description: Modra spilja is famous for its glistening blue interior. One can enter by diving or boat through the narrow passage, which spreads into a large cave, which is partially underwater and the partially above seal level. It is best to visit the cave during the summer at noon, when the light penetrates the darkness and thus produces miraculous effects of blueness inside the cave. Except for the cave itself, it is also very nice to dive to the next bay.
Location 8: Peljesac, S 57
Depth: 25 - 39 meters

Attractions: very well preserved wreck of German torpedo boat
Description: S57 was a German torpedo boat, which was sunk on August 19 th 1944. It was attacked and sunk by three British destroyers. The wreck is extremely well preserved. One can sea the frontal anti-aircraft cannons which can still be moved and there are still torpedoes in the torpedo cannons. The ship lies on its side on the sedimentary bottom. It is not safe for entrance.
Location 9: Dubrovnik, Taranto wreck
Depth: 23 - 55 meters

Attractions: well-preserved wreck of merchant ship
Description: the boat was sunk in 1943 after it hit the allied forces mine. Scattered around the wreck are the parts of its cargo, engines and tractors. The wreck is broken in half, the stern in sunk into sand and the bow is elevated under an angle of 45 degrees and it lies leaned against an underwater cliff. Schools of fish live on the wreck and two big seabass.
Location 10: Elafiti, St. Andrija
Depth: 3 - 78 meters
Necessary experience: beginner to advanced
Attractions: beautiful underwater wall
Description: the most beautiful place to dive is the outer wall of the island. The cliff drops from 3-78 meters almost vertically. At 26 meters, there is an underwater cave. Various fish, corals, algae cover the wall and in the bigger depths there is red coral (Corallium rubrum).
